Batman Concept

A little Batman concept design I was working on my way to school. The little flaps on the bottom side of the mask should give Batman a more Bat-like, or should I say inhuman silhouette .

The gloves are a bit more detailed than the usual fare, and the belt straps not only have spikes connected to them, they also tighten his forearms. I don't know why but I felt it would help Batman for some reason.

Though I never did drew the pants completely, they are suppose to resemble old school American football pants. His upper body attire is baggy to give an assumption that his clothing isn't skin tight and there is more underneath. His utility belt has a flashlight for his night strolls, but I never did add anything else to the belt.

His mask is more of a helmet because I figured that if Batman must protect at least one part of his body, it should be his face. The bat ears are stitched or stapled to give it a sense that while he cares to resemble a bat, the clealiness is not all important.
